I’ve trained every single day since December 7, 2020.
No breaks. No excuses.
Since then, I’ve:
I finished IRONMAN Florida just 48 hours after a tooth extraction and with jellyfish stings across my neck.
I went from a 5-hour marathoner to qualifying for and running the 2024 Boston Marathon—after being hit by a car and left with a broken elbow.
I raced Augusta 70.3 as my first triathlon.
And I’ve done all of this after a double mastectomy, with no ovaries, no uterus, and zero natural estrogen—while living with Hashimoto’s disease.
In other words: I train through full surgical menopause, with no hormone therapy, and no blueprint—completely ignored by science.

Since 2023, I’ve proudly fundraised for the IRONMAN Foundation, raising over $6,000 to help more women step into endurance sports—because it changes lives from the inside out.
